Plan around the new Moons of 8 March and 7 April, the end of daylight saving on 4 April, and a small southern meteor shower in mid-March.

February 2027: Jupiter and Mars at opposition and a penumbral lunar eclipseJupiter reaches opposition on the evening of Feb 10 in US time and Mars on Feb 19. On Feb 20 the full Moon rises partly eclipsed for the eastern and central US: subtle, but photographable with the right method.
